Concept/Drawing
I draw many concepts from Asian art and philosophy, including sumi, as well as my Creek and Cherokee roots, and the western masters.
The subject usually acts as carrier for the transcendent message, whether that be artistic or philosophical. Describing artistic expressions tries to convey the message of another medium, verbally, and is most often lost in translation.
In production I strive to leave no footprint on our environment, using reclaimed or sustainable materials and paint.
